I bought my house 22 years ago and moved in on 1/24. I remember that the week after I bought the house, a polar vortex hit the Twin Cities and we had real temps near -40 for a couple of days. I worked in downtown Mpls. and parked in a lot about 5 blocks away from the office. I didn’t miss one day of work, and now I wonder how the fuck I did that. It’s in the -20’s here tonight and I know that I’m going to skip work tomorrow.
