At the very least they could put people on notice that they can be charged with serious crimes when Biden takes over. (Don’t tell me that trump can pardon them, because they won’t be charged until after he is out of office. Blanket pardons are not legal, there is no “get out of jail card” in the real world).

Trump has many supporters in the govt, but I doubt most of them are willing to go to jail for him. Congressional hearings will make this clear.

It also gives the Democrats another reason to support them. They are fighting for us.

So Pelosi brings the House back in for an emergency session, announces hearings into the matter…and the WH immediately responds by saying it will not allow DeJoy or any of his underlings to appear before Congress to answer questions. Then what?
