You can take all the children in the world and cloister them in an isolated village with no connection to the outside world. No media of any kind. And you can further shelter them by not allowing them to hear, see, or learn anything about sex, including never mentioning where babies come from.

But once puberty hits, their biology will do what it’s meant to do, and sex will come as naturally to them as drinking a glass of water.
