Racist hate is what drives the party.

Racism is an element, but the driving goal is largely the same: Getting at Obama through a major member of his administration. If they can’t get Obama outright, they want him to force somebody they hate in his administration (Holder in F&F, Rice/Clinton in Benghazi) to resign as a consolation prize.
