If you’re wondering why MD would have one. MD’s Eastern shore is very right wing. Makes me feel sick for my cousins who have Harris as a Rep.

There is a gerrymandering case against Md, so that district is probably designed to round up all the Republicans possible. If the courts order Md to redistrict, it may become less extreme.
