I caught a bit of him on MSNBC Grater, err…Greta show. Ari Melber was having a nice dice with him. Dershowitz was trying to say the U.S. Constitution grants almost pure power to allow Trump to do everything he did. He can fire the FBI director at will. He can call off any examination and pardon anyone being investigated.

Melber was trying to say that may be in interpretation but Trump can still be a criminal as well those around him and that is why the investigation will go on.

I suspect that Dershowitz would not espouse that viewpoint if Obama had done it. So Dershowitz was saying in effect that a President (R) is above the law. Nice
