I suspect a lot of the high arc and foreshortened range of the ICBM tests keeps them out of the engagement envelope. THAAD and AEGIS are end course weapons developing into mid course weapons. But of course that sort of thing would be classified. I doubt we have anything that can hit those rockets on the way up as they are launched from well inland.
