People buying heroin are frequently getting heroin laced with more powerful opioids,
and overdosing.

Yeah, it’s bad out here on the island. Kids ODing all over the place.

The bass player in my band has a 25 year old son who plays guitar. His bass player’s brother died from an overdose a couple of months ago. Unbearably sad.
