You raise the bar so high one needs a simultaneous fall in a current Speaker skills and some prodigy coming up to allow a leadership change.

Be effective. That’s a good bar.

Now. Name someone who is effective. Name people who can politick and gather people around objectives. THAT is the list of candidates to be Speaker. (And be aware that Pelosi is on that list)
