It amuses me that the right wing legal types are organized. For all the crap about liberal judges, there’s really not a liberal version of the Federalist society. Obama’s three picks were all different. All liberal mostly obviously but not clones either.

the democrats and republicans (left/right), (liberal/conservative) are playing entirely different games of politics
