That supports the idea, but puts a different spin on Huckabee’s actions than I thought PS implied: It suggests that Huckabee did not pardon the man because he did not care that it was a Clinton relative who had been raped, he did it because he believed that Dumond had been “given a raw deal” because the woman he was accused of raping was related to then-Governor Clinton. That interpretation would make Huckabee’s actions non malicious, would it not?
