The goal would be if they find even one, then use that as a basis to invalidate them all
So, you go back and decide certain envelopes are invalid, right? Then you what? Match the barcodes on the envelopes to the ballots, you see who they voted for, and then you throw out those votes.
So, name matched to a vote.
