I have a gay Republican Trump fan friend who also has a bugbear for “political correctness”, a term that is so subjective and wishy-washy as to be meaningless.

“political correctness” isn’t meaningless. It just needs to be properly understood.

Anyone who whines about “political correctness” thereby identifies as a right wing asshole.
