Possibly, but that doesn’t make it right. Also, it strikes me that had this been a black person, or LBGT, or a member of whatever disadvantaged group rather than a woman, it might be seen a bit differently. Make no mistake, misogyny is real.
Honestly, I wouldn’t view it differently. She was hired/recruited by Razer as a “social influencer,” i.e. her job is to use social media and streaming services to promote the company’s products in exchange for sponsorship and free gear. In other words, what she did was the digital equivalent of those videos we’ve seen of white employees yelling at minority customers for entering their establishment. There are various ways she could have handled the matter and she chose poorly.
