Ok, what wars did Obama not run into?

He’s a nice guy, a million times better than Trump, but he never has had a problem with using unlawful combatants to perform extra-legal executions of people with little or no oversight.

The Libya fuckup happened on his watch.

Libya was a mistake, to be sure. Obama didn’t show the leadership he should have, instead preferring to honor allies’ desire to destroy Libya by “leading from behind.” I’m less inclined to judge in the welter of rivaling parties in Iraq and Syria where there have never been any good answers and it was a fool’s mission to go there in the first place (2003).
