The greatest irony of Limbaugh’s current condition is that for thirty years he defended smokers, said they should be awarded medals, and lied that smoking never hurt or killed anyone. Those cigars he has smoked for the same amount of time are about to put his fat ass in a box six feet under by the year’s end.

What turns the irony up to 11 here is that Rush specifically claimed that secondhand smoke was harmless. As I understand it, cigar smokers usually don’t directly inhale the smoke from their cigars. If that was Rush’s pattern, then secondhand smoke is almost certainly what led to his cancer.
