Ah, looking further into the conversation it wasn’t the doxing that was rapid but the speed the personal info was being posted. Looks like some knuckleheads were posting personal info of random people using the hashtag for the wingnut blogger conference this weekend.

Actually, she is saying that the doxing is rapid. This would be the doxing:

The rest:

Means that whoever was doing this supposed “rapid doxing” was monitoring replies to the #RO12 hashtag looking for wingnuts to dox. Block/report may mean they were being baited and should report anyone who was doing so instead of responding (fat chance of that happening).

The whole thing is kind of nonsensical.
