I got a water pillow for my head —REALLY, REALLY LOVE IT and about 3 under my knees, and 2 extra on the side for when I turn over and sleep on my side.

and various braces for joints used as needed.

That’s how she sleeps, except she has a memory pillow instead of water pillow.
