There’s a place in DC and it’s really unique since they accept Euros there but it’s like a falafel version of Chipolte. Pick a falafel sandwich and get your choice of a bunch of toppings. It’s so perfect because one of its locations is near one of my favorite bars and another location is near a favorite concert venue. So good after a night of music and barhopping.

This place had a sauce that was awesome. It was sort of sour but spicy—sorta like Pakistani mango pickles, if you’ve ever eaten those. It paired with the felafel really well.
