I never heard of him until yesterday, when I read my alumni newsletter. There’s at least 3 living guys with that name in that family.

I knew of him from the SCO v. IBM litigation, where he got his ass kicked because he was trying to defend an indefensible client. I didn’t realize he was a big shot in the legal community until after that case, though.
