History is rhyming again. The impeachments of Trump were essential even though the votes in the Senate were never there. Now criminal charges for Trump and the rest of his conspiracy are essential, despite the grave difficulties there will be in getting convictions. I have no idea how to ensure Trumpists aren’t on the juries, and it only takes one to fuck up a case.

Investigate the backgrounds of everyone in the jury pool, especially their social media. Unless they are very sophisticated, they will have left traces of their political views somewhere.
