“Open to all” means open to atheists and agnostics, which the Boy Scouts are not.

Have any atheist kids ever been thrown out of the Boy Scouts? Has any court case been thrown out because one party swears on a bible?

We say, ‘In God we Trust’. The President says, ‘God Bless America’.
