again, you make two fundamental mistakes:

1. we are proposing raising PERSONAL income taxes. businessmen do not hire employees out of their own salaries

2. businesses do not hire more employees just because they have more or less cash. this is just naive. if a business thinks it will make more money if it hires more people, it will go into debt to get the money to do so
