Have to get married?

Possible reasons to have to get married:

1) kid born out of wedlock (aka the shotgun wedding);
2) necessity of health/insurance benefits (aka one person needs health or insurance benefits of the other for treatment/care).

And of those, #2 could apply to anyone, regardless of SSM or not.
