I am not calling for a resignation or anything, but in my experience you don’t accidentally grab a woman’s butt for 4 seconds. In instances where I accidentally touch a woman somewhere inappropriately my hand comes back like I have been snake bit and an immediate apology is given.

This is a good point, although it’s not impossible that he was unaware of where his hand was at the time. I think that it would be a good idea for Al to attend sensitivity training in this area. He shouldn’t announce it, but allow it to leak.

Edit: I also want to add the the time frame is sort of subjective. The accuser said it was 3-4 seconds. I’m assuming she’s right, but given she had a hand on her posterior, her perception of time might be a little off. I know mine is when I’m in an uncomfortable situation.
