I’d say it’s plausible that Flynn did turn on Kushner and Uday, as well as others in the Don’s inner circle. Mueller would probably accept incriminating evidence on multiple suspects in lieu of such on Donny alone. Why? Because it gives him more people to squeeze and betters his case by getting more people willing to squeal for a deal.
