Can’t stand James Wood but I am bothered by the fact that Subway is making such a dramatic move. I don’t eat bacon or shellfish. Doesn’t give me the right to impose my viewpoint on others. What about the customers who eat pork? Why do the religious beliefs of others dictate what they can eat? Bad move.

I know I’m probably overreacting since customers who want pork can go to other sandwich shops but this news is just annoying.

It’s not all their shops, just those located in neighborhoods that are predominantly Muslim. I would like it if Subway opened a kosher shop here but that will probably never happen.
