Yes they’re delusional. I had a dudebro tell me that Edward Snowden couldn’t possibly come back to the United States to face trial. He needed a full pardon for everything right away because if not, Obama The Tyrant would throw him in jail and have Snowden tortured for years on end like Chelsea Manning before sending him to Gitmo. And they were serious.
