This is so simplistic it’s hard to take seriously. How did the violent get to be ‘the violent’? If you don’t remove the conditions that create a violent underclass, how on earth do you think this is a solution?

A couple killers out with GPS monitors just killed a few women in Orange County. Those women would likely be alive if those killers had remained behind bars. No immediate word if they used guns or not.

What on earth does this have to do with whether you can eradicate gangs by arresting people in the gangs?

Do you understand why people join gangs in the first place?
