The only way to write a law is to limit the capability of firearms people can access. Military style weapons should no longer be available for access.

No more than 5 rounds for rifles and 8 for pistols - Rifles having being top loaded. (no removable magazine)

No magazine fed weapons without a Class III license and tax stamp.

Everything else is extra. Have all the other toys you want on it. It is the number of bullets that matters.
