I don’t remember Ayds—much—because the brand went under tout suite! They went under at the same time that Hollywood cellulose inedible diet bread did!

Sure do remember Ayds and Metrecal from the 60s. My sister would use the Ayds diet plan—2 soft chews with a cup of coffee or tea before dinner. Mom experimented with various flavors of Metrecal.
