Oh now that’s a swell prospect: states won’t hand over the data at first request, so Grand Inquisitor Kris is going to sic Justice on them? How? Sue the states for the data? In what courts? And what if some states (NY is one, I would imagine) decide to (literally) make a Federal case out of it? Doesn’t this (as a State-vs-Feds matter) have to go straight to the SC? And how long is THAT going to take?
