Nothing is happening in El Paso, it’s all in Juarez, a few feet away. Except for a case last year where a US Army soldier was recruited to kill a cartel guy in El Paso. It was in the El Paso Times (and in my link collection.)

It’s happening in almost every city along the border. Tijuana is really bad too.
