On guns Garland is no moderate, given the blatantly unconstitutional DC law he was willing to sign off on, and that means no Garland.

For fuck’s sake, there are 26 other Amendments in the Constitution. Try learning about them sometime.

I swear the GOP obsession with the Second Amendment is tiresome. I get it, you like guns. Good for you. But there are other issues at stake here that go beyond guns.
