…and now Flynn is calling himself a “scapegoat”, which is a damning assertion: it implies that there are others that he is taking the fall for.

That’s one heck of a statement, and a statement against interest of those remaining in the White House, including the WH Counsel, Trump, Bannon, and Pence. All knew or had to know of what the Yates dossier on Flynn contained, and refused to act.
