I would really like to see that actually. An entirely new House composed of nothing but incoming Representatives. That would be fascinating to watch develop, as all the former power brokers would be gone on both the left and the right. I don’t think we’ll ever see it happen. Oh, well- we can dream.

Only to be replaced by new power brokers, however. Remember what happened to the 1994 incoming class.
