Well, the democrats made clear they were willing to do whatever it takes, procedure be damned, to pass their HCR.

Sorry, can’t let this zombie lie go unchallenged. The bill signed was passed by both chambers (majority of the House, 60 in the Senate) and the recon. bill was passed by the House with a majority vote; the Senate is about to do the same.

Please explain what procedure this violated or damned. In any way.
