Most of all, it’s entirely the business of the couple. One of the ugliest parts of the Clinton-Lewinsky thing was people castigating Hillary for staying with Bill. I don’t get the urge to judge others for that sort of thing. It’s between them.

Unfortunately, this isn’t entirely the business of the couple because one of the many involved runs the CIA. Another is an FBI agent who has access to who knows what kind of information.

I always agreed with you concerning Clinton, but when you think of it in terms of national security, perhaps I was wrong. I don’t think Clinton would allow himself to be blackmailed, but I doubt General David would either…but honestly who knows. My biggest issue with the whole Clinton affair was the hypocrisy of the people who were railing against him (while doing the same thing). That said, there IS a national security angle that I had not considered before.
