This morning I heard a Conservative on NPR saying that the only POSSIBLE measures we could take would be confiscation. Which is bullshit, and that’s what feeds this - the Right says that unless a new gun law would prevent ALL these sorts of things, it is completely useless! which means the only POSSIBLE thing is confiscation, which is of course not going to happen.
