My grand-daughter (7) recently got in trouble for this.
She refused to dance with a boy, offering to dance with a girl instead.
Her gym teacher insisted she dance with a boy.
She offered to dance with her brother.
That wasn’t satisfactory to the gym teacher.
She continued to refuse.
Her mother was called to the school.
Her mother made the principal and the gym teacher see reason.
Lets hear it for independent women.
