That’s exactly the point.

After 8 years, the Dem president will be trashed as ‘not fixing things fast enough’, and the electorate will decide it’s the perfect time to give the GOP a chance again, because Dems will have just proven that they deserve to be treated as wholly illegitimate by default.

And the eternal conservatopia will roll on, unabated and it’l be all the Dems fault, because everything is always the Dems fault somehow.
