how exactly is this supposed to happen?
the law already passed that we all know about?
some new law no one’s ever discussed yet?

and if it’s 1 not 2, that harley’s board and finance departments and teams of cpas (hired to save them all that tax money like all corporations do) are too stupid to understand the law?
