I’ll believe it when the inspectors get there and are allowed full access to all relevant sites. Until then, it looks like the same wash, rinse, repeat cycle to me. Not to mention the fact that they have already built and tested 2 nuclear devices. Can anybody honestly say that they haven’t constructed more and have them squirreled away someplace the Inspectors will not be told about?
