So, am I reading that right, Romney’s arguing that Congress sitting on his hands and whining about Obama “violating” the WPA means he can now take launch a war and subsequent occupation of Iran all by his lonesome?

I’m reading it as, Obama isn’t abusing his executive powers properly by helping John Bolton finally achieve sexual climate mobilizing versus Iran, and Congress is sulking.
