It’s actually interesting how little it matters that Bibi is such an asshole to Obama and Likud has even gone as far in openly taking sides in US politics as they have, or Obama’s coolness towards Bibi and the right-wing government of Israel as a whole. The relations between Israel and the US aren’t based on shit-fits and snubs, they’re based on actual politics and policy and they have a lot more to do with how Clinton and her staff interact with Moshe Ya’alon and his staff. (It would be how she interacted with Lieberman but he’s such an enormous corrupt insane fucking asshole that the Israeli government actually does what they can to restrict his power, which is part of why he acts like more and more of an asshole.)
