Really… then how come we have laws against murder? Oh, I know, it doesn’t work, we still have murder. So, let’s get rid of the laws against murder. Oh, can’t do that or else we wouldn’t have anything punitive to charge people with if they commit murder. So, let’s legislate morality.

We are talking about consensual acts between adults, not murder, rape or child abuse.
