No. It’s not even comparable. You would need to roll around in it or ingest it in order to be poisoned, and you’d need to do it for a long time. That’s why a dirty bomb isn’t really an effective killer, only an effective method of terrorizing the population. It’s quite hard to hurt someone with spent radioactive waste.

If you rubbed spent radioactive fuel on me, i’d go take a shower and i’d be just fine.

Uh…I just did a little reading and that’s not true at all. High Level Waste from reactors is highly radioactive. If it’s been reprocessed, it’s different story, but from the article I read, we don’t really reprocess waste the same way the Europeans do.
