Or high powered cameras/infrared monitors, or helicopters using the same kinds of sensors? The only difference is that the drone is unmanned and operated remotely. The guy has no case - but as a sovereign citizen nutter, he’s going to try anyways. And then claim that the courts have no jurisdiction to try him… wasting still more time and money.
