With few exceptions such as Rachel Maddow or Randi Rhodes, you won’t hear any media person use the word “lie.”

A few months ago here (I don’t know how to find it), there was much discussion whether it was important or not for the media to use that word rather than “falsehood” or other weaker words. I felt kind of lonely for arguing “yes, call a lie a lie.”

The absolute King of Calling Trump a Liar is Lawrence O’Donnell.

He started calling Trump an outright liar the day he declared. He has never let up.
