The girl is a brat with no interest in learning how to do her damn job and who campaigns against Democrats all day every day. Her ideas are massively unpopular among Democrats and even more massively unpopular in the country. As for her constituents, she got 15,897 primary votes- dozens of Congressional candidates who finished third, fourth or even fifth in their primaries did better.
